but can no longer have these sales on their campus due to new nutrition regulations.

If you'd like to create your own snack pak combination, you can do so with The Custom Pak. Pricing for The Custom Pak is here, and you can select from snacks here. You simply choose which snacks you'd like and how many of each (total should be 66). Then call 1-888-762-2512, and allow up to 14 days for the order arrive. The only change which may be necessary is if the snacks you choose are larger in size, we may need to ship the order with less snacks per carrier/case and send more carriers/cases. However, please note you will still receive however many cases you order multiplied by 264 snacks.
